Since we were founded in 1992, CXC Global has had a rich history of corporate social responsibility, a history which has matured and evolved to successfully meet the challenges of our global society and the complexities of operating within the contracting sector. At the core of our commitment to the global community is our people. This means encouraging employee volunteerism, it means charitable giving, but much more, it means ensuring we are constantly manifesting our business practices and operations to uphold our role as a global citizen.
People: At CXC Global we understand how important it is to reward our people. At CXC Global every employee receives a wide range of additional employee benefits including salary sacrifice schemes and flexible working hours. We are also dedicated to ensuring our staff donate their time to community initiatives through learning or career enrichment and fully support them should they need free time to achieve this.
Place: CXC Global employs a variety of corporate giving schemes which provide back to our community. Along with allowing our staff free time for charity work, CXC Global also frequently takes part in volunteer donation programs. These include:
- Sponsoring of all (UK based) Rainbow Trust donation programs
- Various donation days
- Christmas appeals
Planet: CXC Global are dedicated to making a difference to our planet. We are at all times aware of the impact of our carbon footprint on the environment and have various methods in place which aim to reduce this. These include recycling and electronic device initiatives.
